So you still have to build the prime parts from blueprints from the void missions. Gorion made it seem like there was a button you pressed when you got to level 30 warframe to upgrade to prime xD

First of all, don't bother using forma on Excal. Unless they improved him, it's a pretty mediocre frame.

You cannot get Excal prime.

You can get primes for all the other ones (depends if they have a prime variant). What I mean is, get a normal Loki, level to 30. Get a Loki Prime, delete the normal Loki, level prime to 30, use forma/reactors on Prime. This way, you have a total of 60 mastery levels, from a single warframe slot, and you save a whole ton of plat. Of course, never delete Primes, or warframes which have no Prime variant.

The same logic applies to weapons.

When I mention redeeming and claim, those are referring to foundry, as you have to build your Primes first, and claim them. Before claiming from the foundry, they do not use warframe/weapon slots.

It seems after the latest patches/updates we can't give the normal part for like Loki. You're only allowed to switch Prime versions.

Err, that's has always been the case mate, only Prime parts have ever been tradable. We could give DannagE a complete Rhino Prime set though!

I have the BP. Frost is one of the most multi use frames and for void defence essential. He's the second one after Rhino I'd work on.
