Not mine but i got a mate selling a 6Gig HD for a tenner.

I been to all those sites and more sheepy, but wasnt wanting to pay like £10 just for a fancy grill to cover a fan hole, or paying £15 for a fan that i can get for for tons less at a local electronics store.

I've got an ASUS A7V ATX mobo, AMD T-Bird 800 cpu (with a heatsink, no fan though), 320meg SD-RAM (64 + 128 + 256) and various crummy graphics cards that I no longer need.....

You mean Tut actually went to school?  8O

Nah, he just used some pruning shears to adjust the RAM boards to fit the slot he wanted them in...

How much you pay for your cold cathode's TL??

I got my UV cathode for £14, thats including cathode and inverter and vat.   :P

I have 14 of 128Mb PC100 ECC SDRAM memory (NB it is registered/buffered so will not suit all motherboards). It is good stuff (Compaq labelled but actually made by Crucial) and was left over after we upgraded a heap of servers. I currently have 512mb of it in my daughters PC (its a gigabyte 6BXE board) and it is cracking :-)

Anyone want some? Cost is free but you pay postage.

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Onl..._Lights_72.html is where I got mine from (CM-002-GE) - I had to go back and check where they came from (I had forgotten!).  That would make the answer to your question £27.61 per kit including postage.

So I think the next queston is where did you go to get a 12" 'proper' cold cathode kit for £14 inc VAT & P&P ????  Your price seems to be about half the UK price for them........url please I want to look!

Oh yeah, I forgot....I am also looking for some stuff to upgrade a Dell PII 266Mhz to something slightly faster.  So I am on the lookout for an ATX mobo, RAM & CPU.

BlueBall - What mobos does that RAM work with?  If I can get a mobo to fit and a CPU to fill the hole in the middle, then I'd probably be interested in about 512MB of that there RAM......   pm me if you get a chance....cheers.

Ahh it isnt from a website TL, its from a local electronics supplier a couple of miles from my house, they do just about every conceivable thing to do with electronics, i just happened to pop in one day and there they were, and they are "proper" cathode kits too.
