Looking into it now, I can't even get into the admin account on Frag atm.

Well that was easy to fix. When we increased server size to 64 slot they *^&^(*&^'d up the regular payment we make to them and never collected. So at 17:07 today they said "you owe money" and suspended the server.

I did a manual payment just now, so the server should be up again within a few minutes. I'll go cro-magnon on their backside tomorrow.

I've sent them a rant on a ticket. It's bloody stupid when they suspend a server because they did not bother to collect the automated payment we make. First notice w ehad from them telling us we were 'overdue' was at 17:07 and they decided to suspend the server at 17:27.

Great job Fragnet, bit of a customer service cluster****.
