Adding People to the Crew

Morning Gents,

When do we add people to the crew? Of course, if they're already a part of dMw then get them in, but when do we add the newbies>?

Seeing as we all get placed on random servers it would be easier and potentially beneficial if they were added straight into the crew.

Obviously this comes with the risk of tarnishing the dMw name, but how far wrong can you go in GTA? It's designed to kill people and blow up cars and generally cause mayhem.

Honestly, this is what I think is the what i'd like to use the 'muscle' rank for. Generally people who have signed up on the forums, then added to the muscle rank. As soon as the admins have done a few activities with them, feel free to raise them up a rank.

Yes, GTA is a pretty hectic game that actively encourages some pretty bad bahaviour - but that doesn't mean they can't be good team-players
