Great to hear more of you are joining us guys, by sheer miracle I've got the guild name sorted for DeadMenWalking [dMw] which is REALLY lucky since they dont actually offer guild name changes, so Galatoni's and my efforts aren't in vane getting it set up. All are welcome and I cant wait to see you all in game! pop me a message if you need invites!

For those of you just starting out, this is really the simplest of intro videos just to cover some real basics, especially if you've not been in the MMO scene for a long while!
It also covers some of the restrictions up to level 10 for free accounts!

I just dropped the thirty five quid for the full game plus the upcoming expansion. As a player that likes exploring worlds and following the games lore I'm loving GW2. What is a complete revelation is the random events that pop up all over the place, the wonderfully easy way that players can team up to complete quests without penalty or problem and of corse the Charr are amazing. Think of a Tauren crossed with a Lion, with the mindset of an Orc, the technology of a dwarf and who organises themselves like a Roman Legion....... with guns!

I played the 1st Guild Wars a lot & really enjoyed it, didn't bother with any of the expansions as I'd just about had enough of it by then, but I'll give this a look now it's gone free, signed up & d'ling as I type.

Due to the recent interest I've moved this thread into the Guild Wars 2 forum and moved the forum out of 'Games that No Longer Float Our Boat' and into the main gaming forum. I'll see about a TS channel although we could probably use Ad Hoc or an empty channel for now.

The Deadmen guild on Gandara also has some upgrades from when GW2 launched.

The full name was already taken back then.

We seem to be returning to Underworld, or that's where I was told to go. Is there an issue with moving our guild?
