I've put a spreadsheet into the folder and am working it up to keep track of who is doing what, arriving when and how much they need to pay us for Hog Roast, Bowling, Polos etc.

Feel free to update it from time to time and you might find it useful for checking people in when they arrive and to calculate their LAN fees.

I'll also be using it to print out everyone's pre-order for the steak night, so that the ordering process is (a) faster, (b) more accurate and (c) on the right person's bill.

Updated.   Net out-turn is now a loss of £32.00, which is pretty damn good imho.

Sorry, I'm adding to this:

I've just ordered the public liability insurance at £98. (It's gone up on previous years as I've run it from Wednesday this time.)

Name badges holders and inserts ordered at £13.50

Yes provided they arrive in the next couple of days as I've got back-to-back meetings next week before the LAN and am hoteling it for a few nights (joy).

I may not have time to physically put the badges into the holders but if not I'm sure people won't mind doing their own.

TL - Where do I find the graphic we used? May as well superimpose it onto the background to make them all pretty.

Also - When are we planning on having the GL and Council meetings given Friday is now a social day? I'd like to give GL's the heads-up.

Umm not sure well we could have it post bowling etc that finishes at 3 dinner starts at 6 that should be enough time surely :)

Perhaps Thursday PM would be better. We have nothing too majorly organised apart from old skool gaming innit and the cs:go ladder ?

OK or perhaps after the swim meet  and before bowling - at least we'll have a deadline? Perhaps get Council done in the morning and GL in the PM or something? Anyway, we'll leave it fluid.
