Regarding LLU, prior to my current fttc situation, I was on ISDN and suffering from slow speeds.

My ISP couldn't offer LLU but Talk Talk could. I was looking to change to them when fttc arrived.

The pub next door went with Talk Talk and had x3 the speed I had at that time.

It may be that a change of ISP might help.
