Black Mirror Season 3

No spoilers, but anyone interested in VR should check out episode 2 of the new season of black mirror.
Haven't really watched the show before, and stumbled into season 3. Episode 1 was great, and episode 2 even better and all about VR/AR. Well worth a watch! :norty:

Binge watched the whole season, and it was great.

One of the episodes stars the actor CIG used for the Pupil To Planet video and the Homestead video!

Black Mirror is terrific. You really should go back and watch the earlier ones - the one involving a prime minister and a pig is eerily prescient....

Gonna bump this year old thread as we just watched episode 1 of season 4 (just released on Netflix). We did go back and watch all of Black Mirror btw Tut, great stuff.

This new episode is asolutely phenomenal

Think of it like Star Citizen gone horribly wrong. Very much recommended viewing dMw-ers!

Aye. Me and the missus are big fans of this series. Now we've finished 'Dark' we will be onto this.

Had a crack at watching this series with S1 E1 and while I'm usually very, very slow on the uptake the PM and the Pig was so obvious as to be silly. I don't want to spoil it for anyone but from the moment of the ransom reveal it was obvious where it was going. Once you're watching it knowing what's going to happen it loses any shine it might have had and pans out as a fairly cliched, clumsy story. I expected much more from Mr Brooker. I'll have a go at Episode 2 as it does get lots of praise.

The show can be quite hit or miss smilo. I love some episodes (generally the darker, more sinister stuff) and find others dull and uninteresting. Watching it with my girlfriend we often have quite different opinions of individual stories. I'd encourage you to give a few a go, maybe just pick through the ones that sound interesting to you (the VR episode was one of the first I watched). Maybe you'll find a few you love!

Hope so. Like I said I usually never get the big reveal in movies or TV shows, which is actually good as I tend to enjoy them more when I don't guess it at the start.
