If that doesn't work out and you can cope with less,  I have a few 1TB dropbox and 1TB OneDrive accounts (free with Office 365) where I could give you access to a folder to upload your pics you could then download on your return.

Some are full but others have a few hundred Gig free.

That's ok, thanks for the offer pen. I'm taking 6TB of HDD space.. am anticipating a lot of data as we will be filming a lot of 1080p stuff...

Smilo it seems these services are for businesses only. I will look into it more tomorrow and if there are (legal) ways around this. Not something I have any knowledge with.

No problem. I was wondering why you were asking for so much space for photos. Now you've mentioned 1080 filming I see your point lol :thumbsup2:

The offer's there anyway as needed, even if it's just for selected photos you want to share with friends and family whilst away.

If you struggle to sign up as an individual I'll whack it through the company if that helps and we'll sort at a later date.

I may well be in touch then Pen, if I can't find a way to do it solo. Thanks :thumbsup2:

Toby I only just saw you originally asked about carbonite.  It looks good from what I can see but doesn't suit me personally as the android client does not allow any sort of uploading.. unless I have misread that. Again, I will look into it.

I use it through my Gsuite account which costs about £2.75 per month per user, which I use mainly for business looking email. I didn't know it wasn't available for regular Google accounts.

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.
