What do you mean? Like restarting windows fixes 90% of windows service issues?

Glad it's sorted. The problem is the new PSU's with their CPU 4+4 and PCIE 4+4 all being the same the power supply is "meant" to auto detect what is plugged into it and adjust/just work. In real world scenarios this is bugged and often doesn't work.

I'm not sure how to feel about that.  Amused that we reboot hearts, or horrified that our doctors use wikipedia as reference material.......... :roflmao:
