Azoth staff

yesterday i did my first instance with few members and it seems you need the Azoth Staff for some instances.
But i didnt had it...not in my inven and not in my warehouse...i sure did not del it or salvage it.

Any knows at what lvl you get this staff..and maybe it has something to do with my main quest?
My marker for my main quest is gone after the update...The quest is "Old stone remembers lvl 14.."   Quest is green so i did it..now i need to talk  to Yonas alazar....but he aint on the map...

Here is where Yonas is. If you go there he should still be there on the fishing dock.

Thanks Albert i did find him....so if i follow main quest i willget the Azoth staff?

Yep, the Azoth staff comes into the main quest somewhere near the low 20s (in level) IIRC.
