It's about 8 miles as the crow flies, probably 10-12 in the car.  Doesn't take long to get to though as most roads are dualled.  It's a longer cab ride on the way back though.

Food is provided courtesy of me, I'll also lay on some alcohol, but bring some bottles too please as I know we all like a *little* tipple!  Two large beer chests will be provided which will be pre-filled with ice cubes, so just put your alcoholic donation in the chest and then dip in and pull out a cold one!  It should be a blast, I'm really looking forward to it, so long as the extension build hasn't started!

The BBQ menu usually includes:

Burgers & Buns
Sausages of various types & hot dog rolls
Chicken
Haloumi cheese
Salmon fillets
Salads
Coleslaw
Breads (various)
Relishes
and my own special recipe of ripe bananas steamed in foil with butter, brown sugar, chocolate and dark rum :cheers:

If there is anything in particular you want then it can be arranged, just let me know so I can prep for it.
