I'm sorry but no. There are far far better examples of the hacking, slashing genre of horror films out there than this piece of drivel.

Hellraiser 1 or 2
Friday the 13th pt 1
Helloween
Cannibal Ferox
Cannibal Holocaust

Even Wrong Turn, which in itself is not a particulaly good film, Its still better than Dreamcatcher.

I've read the book dreamcatcher about a year ago and it was quit good. I'm going to read it again if I have the time. I haven't seen the movie yet tho. Any more critcis about it?
