the old machine is loved...
we have so many happy memories...
it introduced us to CS...
it introduced us to dMw...
it still kicks ass....just not as much as the new one.

For now your 64bit isn't that fast.

Your processor will be used correctly with a windows version that is maked for 64bit or maybe even better...

For now it is smart to stay with the athlon versions..

But that is my opinion.

But it is a nice system it is good for gaming

Yeah Hippy was unsure weather to get it because of the operating system but he said screw it and got it anyway.

arent you forgetting something.. the new pc is running about as fast as a snail cos of poor power and cpu not running at full speed

The power supply i can understand but your 64bit processor will not run fast at all.
When the system is running (running good) then you say it is faster. But
It will go much faster with a good running program. And since windows XP isn't you will have to wait for a faster pc
