A posssible solution: Try reducing the number of colours under display options from 32 bit to 16 bit (24-bit if that option is available would be perfect!) as the 191b's LCD panel is a 16 million colour display (2^24)

If you are running in 32 bit colour your monitor will use dithering to create the other 8 bits worth of colour. Essentially changing the colour of a pixel between two other colours very quickly to try re-create the colour it cannot actually display. This might cause "sparkle" on "colour masses" especially during video playback.

You yourself probably won't notice much difference in the number of colours though

Not necessary. It plays DVD's perfectly also my Pr0n files so what more could a guy ask for..
