Hopefully DA can pick us up but this time there's 3 Dutchies coming, you, me and Ice. That might be a problem. Especially with computers arangement (remember, I was the first Dutchy to come so I get the better 1     ).

They weren't heavily discounted last time.  :eyebrow:  It was only after we were off down the road apiece that Armitage and myself realised we'd paid the full whack! I'm looking at the Griffin with a favourable eye atm.

I hear what you're saying DM but I would look at it from this angle as well..

1. You're supporting the LAN by staying at the venue
2. Hotel discounts are geared toward the size of the attendees. Less is Less.
3. Most importantly, it's better to be a resident of the hotel as walking to and from your room is a pain in the ass and you'll be missing out on morning breakfast with the group where we can laugh at how hung over we all look.

From experience, my first LAN I couldn't get to the main venue and I didn't enjoy it as much as I did the others..

Just a thought.
