Sad news. My father suffers from much the same symptoms as you describe and has done for years. However he's on a course of medication that has done wonders, so I'm sure you're consultant will sort you out with the good stuff.

As a slight upside my Dad always seems to get a bit of a relapse when it's his turn to get a round in. "Ohh me fingers hurt too much to get my wallet out...sorry lads."

Worth a punt next time your up for paying?
