t-bag is correct i think, if u simply set the raid back up in the bios it should boot to windows.the create an image for backup

I want to set up RAID 0 on my rig but without re-intalling windows.
I know XP will require an additional driver to acess the array (RAID driver for my chipset) but will it work if i install the driver, then make the image of the OS, set the raid up, then restore the image to the array?
or do i have to do a repair install and use the "press F3 to install third party SCSI or RAID driver" when the XP CD loads?
