Sadly I've just tested positive for Covid so no LAN for me.  Although I should be fine in a few days I don't wanna risk passing it on to any of you lovely guys so instead I'll just sit at home till Sunday!

Feeling pretty ok though, I'm fully vaccinated and have had it before so should be easy.

@chaos could you cancel my place and steak night and I'll ring the hotel to cancel my room.

On the plus side if anyone needed a room still one just came up!

PvE + 2 hearts is my vote.

PvE because most of us are just too nice and want to play cooperatively.

2 Hearts just to make moving bases easier.  Im still early in the game but would plan to move castle soon to a new northern location, without a second heart this is going to be a nightmare!  Also would just be useful to setup a small outpost every now and then.  I think there is plenty of map space for us to share at the moment.  If it becomes an issue we can always start asking people to clean up second/old bases in the future.

Hi All

Wondering if anyone has a spare gaming monitor I can borrow for the LAN?  

I have a spare 24in 1080p monitor but its 60hz which will make we want to cry all weekend! I don't fancy the risk of taking my super ultrawide again as it was stressful as hell last time.

So I believe the current decision is that we are going to move server at 8pm on Sunday this week.  Destination server still to be decided.  

If your not active atm but have a character on Fae and would like to stay with the company just in case you play in the future it might be worth logging in just to switch on Sunday or next week.

I would expect more transfer tokens and opportunities to move later but want to make sure no one is left out in the rare case that the new server becomes very busy and gets locked for transfers in the future.

An update from me, currently have engineering 180 and will continue to push it to 200.  My main means of levelling is arrows and cartridges so if you need any hit me up!!!  Additionally if you pickup any schematics for bows or muskets that would be awesome as well as engineering clothes as I near 200 and get ready to craft.

500 Ori Arrows = 10 Ori Ingots, 20 Ironwood planks, 30 Feathers
500 Ori Cartridges = 10 Ori Ingots, 30 Infused Silk, 10 Gunpowder

Lastly i've also got Woodworking, Leatherworking, Weaving and Smelting all to 200 now so if you need any of the top tier stuff let me know.

Yeah, Sulky for us as offtank with great axe. Key was use heavy great axe attacks to kill stamina bar then run in circles. Blocking damage just isn't enough, you have to avoid it.  A theme for both bosses really. Tanks have to avoid hits, to many attacks are not blockable.

Watched a video OldBloke linked and made some big observations to the mechanics that for our group certainly would of helped: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdG14-xv1a0

 1. The walls are triggered by specific HP left, so just before half HP and crucially around 1/4 HP the second wall.  For our group we did too much DPS on the boss so when the first wall went down, we had about 5-10 seconds tops before second wall.
 2. All the middle group have to do is stay alive and break that stamina bar. (we did to much DPS during this phase on the boss and not enough on the outside adds)
 3. Outside group can be bigger then and kill the adds before the wall goes down.
 4. Heavy attacks rinse the stamina of the boss quicker than light.
 5. When the wall goes down, DO NOT attack boss, focus adds, then back to boss when ready for another Wall

Based on the above I would suggest we go for Tank + Healer in the middle to stay alive and break the stamina bar.
Outside we have 3 with a mix of DPS and Tanking to carefully clear the outside.
Those in the middle need to not stop hitting the boss if he is getting to close to Quater HP

After this boss they found the rest of the dungeon easier so I think we are close!!!

I'm in for tonight still. Will be on as soon as F1 finishes. Got my trophy's and weapon coatings all ready.

Sign me up for Sunday (DPS) , Friday I might be out so I will be an alternative last minute sub potentially for then.  Second the extra perks on armour/weapons.  anything angry earth will give us the extra edge.

Turf/greenpurd - 190 cooking with some tier V foods learnt and almost full chef set. (40 dex, 40 con, 40 int, 24dex+16 con)

Have engineering 160 and hoping to max to 200, have + engineering clothes so far
