Digital Illusions CE (DICE), the developer responsible for the massively successful Battlefield series of multiplayer online war games, has announced it has signed with EA to produce a new shooting game for PC.

Currently unnamed, the title could be yet another Battlefield outing or something new altogether and, according to the company's website, is currently in development at EA's Canadian studios in London, Ontario and is due for a spring 2006 release. "
