Apoc, thats what we ended up seeing last night... ya know what, it wasn't too bad - light hearted guff, which is just what I needed last night.

shame on you both!!!!! tried to talk the mrs into watching Doom, and then saw it on a 'friends' DVD - glad she refused to go - she would have beaten the crap out of me right there and then in the cinema

The missus came to seem Doom with me and thoroughly loved it as a brainless action flick. It did get very silly though, especially with the first person sequence... She wouldn't come to see King Kong though, went to see Chronicles of Narnia with a few other mates while me and some of the guys were watching a giant gorilla.

took me a while to convince 'our lass' into King Kong - it turned out being the only film weve been to see she didnt fall asleep in, and she cried like a..... err... girl at the end!!!  :byesad:
