Map loads

Righto brains. One of you aces out there have the answer to my problem.
This is an intermittant problem with map changes and re-connections. Every so often, maps refuse to load.(Load failed) I sit and watch a wavering score screen which eventually turns to a 'negative' I then type 'retry' into the console and reconnect. That's why I always turn up late. On MH it usually reconnects first time but it's a real pain on cbm, where as many as 12 retries sometimes dont do it! The question is, is the fault client end or server end?

its somethink that happens to me on occasions that the map wont load. i think its just summin that happens sometimes.

It may be due to adminmod. we had a period where admins (as defined within the adminmod configs) couldn't connect after a map change.
