I was looking to join a respectable clan and it looks as if I have found one.
  I play mostly counter-strike in my free time.  Any tips or advice?

Well, have a look around around the forum because lots of information can be found. Fridaynights is CZnight. Joining it is allowed and you get to meet what we call TacticalCounterStrike (TCS).
While during a game and your unsure what to do, just ask.
