TL do you reccomend that MT1-MT4 is prot specced? - And even more important can we "force" people to respec prot. (We pay the fee)
 
I feel if we get 4 x MT prot specced our preformance with, among others, Razorgore will improve a great deal.

i agree with TL and you guys, we need more then only MT1 and MT2.
 
i think we can ask to other warriors to respect, and if the don't , we can take others ( not 14 years as Nefrion said).
 
we need others MT that come at raids.. i know that Dantorn is 22 years old and he is MT2 in Nidaros ( 7000 of life), he has no attendance problems at them raids .
We need to take informations also for Dracian the other warrior that have applyed , and then we can take someone.
 
We very need to be sure that we can do raids also if some MT can't come that night.

Always remember that you can also look around for persons you want to trial (Daracian / Dantorn) and ask them to help you out in MC. That way you actually get some raiding done, and - at the same time - you can consider the person for a future RG2 commitment

RG1 has 4 prot spec warriors and 2 DPS warriors in the RG usually.  Whether that's 'best' or not I do not know, but I know that for some of the mobs you need tanks that can be hit *hard* without being 2-shotted and before heals can revive their health again.  Even our DPS tanks take some prot gear from time to time to increase their survivability.

As for respecs, yes you can ask someone to respec and yes we'll pay for it - but you need to ask if they are the right person for the job before you do that.  I have a feeling we have been 'ripped off' by people in the past who claim its a 50G respec.
