How easy is it to switch it off for clan matches?

deadeasy, change one value in the p2.cfg in the addons/p2 folder and restart the server.

OK, so in plain english......can we get it such that we have this done via the rcon execution of a file to make the change and restart?  Obvioulsy we will need to do this in reverse when we end the clan match to make sure that 'normal' settings apply again?
