I think that worked like this: Okay Mr. X from RG2 have apply, we need, so we taken him, nothing was discussed with RG2 leaders and that's why they did rebellion on the way it was done and wanted this rule we are using now.

Seriously i would say thats a very personal interest yeah... NO RG2 members is nor should be allowed to swop to RG1 permanent.

Comment on Nox and Pax:

Pax - Tanking skill not the best i have seen, slow on picking up targets and often forgot to refresh sunders (***?) Never speaks on TS either, hes friendly, dedicated but not the best tank around in skills.

Nox - A very good hunter, and never overaggroes and listens and responds to TS messages. (now im not seeing all that goes on but this is my impression)

Pax i would not find good enough for RG1 to have as replacement for Ragnarh (if any would be?), and not as RG1 tank at all.

Nox i would say could easy adapt into RG1, but these two are RL friends and ill bet they will follow each other...

I am getting very sick and tried of You, Siffredi. No one seems to stand up against you, but I do and I don't take any more shi* from you.

As you see I don't have apply for a spot now when there is free spots, do you? Maybe I will have done that if it was a "very personal interest"

Ofc it's better to let people stand down as soldier or leave the guild if they want a spot in SoG1.

There is no future in RG2 as member, when you become a member you have to stick with the group or leave it if you want to development you self. It's look like a dead end if you got in to RG2 and you are better with a soldier spot. It should be better to be a defender then soldier.

Ok, I've already apologised for bringing the 'personal interest' question into the debate, that was my bad, so let's drop that element immediately and have no more comment on it.

The thread was about some recruitment activity and led to a discussion about a system where RG2 can go to RG1. Let's stick to those topics - the latter being of particular interest asit would solve a lot of recruitment problems for RG1 right now - we need 2 druids, a hunter, a tank and 2 dwarf priests.

For a start Greadanes dont have any intrest in leaving RG2 for RG1 so get
