Shouldn't we allow our Section Heads to post announcements?

Poor ol' Whitey has to rely on someone else to do his Charlie speech. :flirty:

Don't follow you old bean! I agree with the sentiment but I'm confused as to the problem. Why can't Whitey make Charlie Announcements?

Because he has no posting privileges ot start threads in the Announcement section.  It was something that seemed sensible not to give out at the time, but I see now reason why they should not have those rights as it is something they need to do as part of their community role.
