Thanks for your help BB. After my router hung up on me for the second time tonight I decided to talk to BT.... What a mistake, after 30 minutes I was asked to do a hard reset of the router which resulted in no broadband for another 20 minutes.  Finally back up and running but now I need to setup port forwarding again. :ranting2::crying:

Stropngly recommend trying the 27000-27030 port range on both TCP and UDP - thats what i set and everything worked (on my draytek router at least - on the Zyxel router it never worked properly)

Done that and it seems to be stable with a nice low ping.  My IP address is now 81.151.25.61:27015 as I need to request a static one (or use dyndns).

Can you try it please?

Haven't connected through steam yet but connectivity through HLSW is perfect
