an updtate on my CS:S I'm surrender my flag to the terrorists also known as gremlins. I tried to fix this during the weekend also.. and i seem not to be able to fix it. And i'm on the edge to get a bit :crazy:
So atm i'm gonna say :byebye:  to my CS:S...

yey.. i got it now! :D  but i need to tune it a bit more.. I can "not" play in 800*600.
had to add following code: -console290 - -d3d -w 800
and shut down F@H when wanting to play.
so har me first test run for aover a year last night.. had a few friendly fires.. and had a problem seeing chat since window went wider than my screen for some silly reason.

F@H shouldn't be a problem when playing CSS (offcourse depending on your computer).
Survivor of LAN V, VI, VIII, IX, X, XII, XIV, XVI, XVIII, XX, XXIV, XXX, XXXII, XXXIV and XXXVI so far...

it was atleast off when i managed to get sound and black screen.. didn't get sound before.. weird..

TBH ive started the get similar issues with F@H lately, if F@H is running when starting CSS i sometimes get a black screen and a lockdown...
Problem seem to have started after i tried the SMP beta client.. tho i uninstalled that already so running normal F@H client...
no idea why, so aint folding atm.. Gonna see if i can find what exactly causes the prop..

Check your backgroundprograms.
Maybe your firewall is going some problems.
Also the 3Dsettings as BB suggested is really important.

tnx for the fun here the other day, before the server went (dead?) down.
was phun shooting all over, tough i think i was more used to give you other a bearing about where the enemy was, and for the enemy: yeye, i know i'm a easy kill :narnar:  hopefully i get a few games today also :D
