We have an intermittent problem on Baldric.  It seems not to like going back to mp_forcechasecam 0.  It logs the change as accepted, but does not make the change, even after map reloads.  I have run std.cfg to no avail and other rcon users have exactly the same problem.

Anyone any clues as to how to solve it?

I think the server was reset the other night to try and fix this problem..looks like it didnt work :cry:

Took me ages to figure out what was happening. I chanced to spot it on the dMw Homepage when I noticed that the little drop down box showing the server rules was showing:

mp_forcecamera 2

AHA!  :idea:

So although mp_forcechasecam was correctly set at 0 this little bugger was still causing the chasecam probs.

I'll add the command: mp_forcecamera 0 to the std.cfg file. Just exec it if you need to put the server back to standard.

server.counter-strike.net has the official HL and CS manuals on there.
