Totally agree with you about the part that if they play on MH they should know where to go/not go.
VC is also important in my book (although some sometimes not use one as they have kids sleeping in the room next door).
Survivor of LAN V, VI, VIII, IX, X, XII, XIV, XVI, XVIII, XX, XXIV, XXX, XXXII, XXXIV and XXXVI so far...

The Terminator uses his exceptional intelligence and strength to find Ninja_Freak & attempt to terminate him.

Quote from: squonk;197929Last night on the hook people where asking "am I oob" "should I be here or there"..."where are the signs?”
IMO we shouldn’t need signs on MH, people going on MH should know if they are pushing it or not

The person who was doing the asking yesterday is in Alpha company, however the person telling them the wrong thing is in Charlie. Nice to see he took notice of the frag hunting post :sideways:

Personally I think having the boundaries on Meathook helps, as most of the maps are custom and people may not know them very well.  I did like your comment last night, "if you need to ask, then you probably shouldn't be there", so true! :D

When Trini started playing with us regularly he was asked if he had VC. He replied that he did but was worried that we'd make fun of his high-ptched voice. I assured him that would not happen, and if it did to report it to a senior admin. So maybe he's still a bit embarassed? (you know what kids are like).

As for the boundary signs on MH, I agree with Whitey about the difficulty on seldom played custom maps.

And yeah, what Squonk said "if you need to ask, then you probably shouldn't be there":D
