you're just posting this because you got on the podium.. :)

And a well deserved podium too! My hat's off to all who finished. I crashed out early on but was treated to some mighty battles between Jas and Verner then Jas and Duckie. You couldn't get a closer finish that the one between Ben and Deetz who just nicked it because Ben had some serious suspension damage. Well done for hanging in there Ben :D and a damned fine win for Deetzie. Oldie's third place was less than a couple of seconds adrift.

(David Coulthard mode) ...err..yeah..no, for one chance, just one chance, to come back rallycrossing and tell our competitor that they may take our win, but they'll never take... OUR POLE POSITION AND FASTEST LAP!!!

I was robbed :ranting2:

I think i got away with it but ill have to own up ...I left the starting line in reverse :D

Possibly the best long race for me so far.. 40 laps fighting to make up places on a track where passing takes about 1/4 of a lap.

My apologies go to Verner for spinning him in the first few laps ..I wasn't trying to get past just could not slow the darn thing quick enough.

My thoughts on this combo are - Didn't mind the track but the cars need more grunt as in half of the lap my was foot solid to the floor. I like the kind of driving where lifting braking steering gives u more of a controlled feel to the car..

Still good stuff tho :yahoo:

I noticed. Thought you had stalled then aware you were coming toward me. I did the fastest right turn ever. Great racing though.
