Reenactments

Hi all,

Right i have just joined a ww2 reenactment society for ww2. This basically means i dress up as a us soldier from the 1940s era and go to reneactment events where battles and such like are shown to the public. I have joined mainly due to my love of this era and a desire to meet and talk to veterans who fought during this conflict. I have attached a recent photo shoot where my society helped EA to compare reality to their recent game Medal of Honor: Airborne

I like it, I've thought of doing something like that round here too. Seems strange that a lot of jump jockeys aren't wearing M1C paratrooper helmet liners though, and did some people have canvas liner chinstraps.... oooh, the things you might pick people up on!!

Only lack of such societies in Denmark and my lazyness that keeps me out of such stuff.. love the idea

And Band of Brothers is one of my favourite series, Saving Private Ryan is high up on my movie list aswell
