If a Boomer gets on high with the survivors below, can he fall on them and puke at the same time?

So much  Time, So Little to do.

dont think so, from previous experiences with a boomer you have to be stationary

Jumping and landing in a group and them killing you works :P

Puke from above!!

I like it :)

doesnt always work, as it has a certain range - standing on top of a building might not hit them even though the animation does

There are two solutions. Puke straight down, which as stated above can be hit and miss with the range.

Alternatively, wait for a firefight then jump in so some poor unfortunate shoots you. Works well with fire too.

Another feature/flaw that I have noticed is that if you are standing on something, say a bench or a crate, you fire blanks. You get the animation but no hits.
If I can find some willing volunteer Survivors then this will bear some more testing.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

Remember to not jump down from a too high roof. Then you will just explode without anyone getting infected.

Unless you land amongst the Survivors, in which case you become a Boomer Bomb. Remember to tie a Rising Sun bandana around your head first.

I have tried this on the first level with the tall houses and it didn't work. I landed in the middle of a group. Almost touching all of them when I exploded. Not a single survivor got infected.

I agree. I for one, have never been able to walk or run whilst throwing up.:norty:

OK another myth for some testing tonight I think. Maybe they shot you just before you hit the floor?

Maybe, but I agree worth testing.

Old 'cynic chops' Bloke says don't bother. The results you get from one day's testing will be different from anothers. L4D is like that :flirty:
