If we play expert through the current advanced public server it will allow us to call a vote and change the difficulty to expert but on the map change in campaign it will go back to advanced.

Is there anyway we can have an additional public server for expert lfd?

Most evenings only one Versus server is full with maybe a few on the Co-Op one.
I don't think we can really justify having another server unless people are struggling to find places.

The problem with the server changing back to advanced is a feature. Maybe we might change it to expert on a trial basis? But I think that most players would find the advanced mode challenging enough until they become more experienced.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

T-Bag

If it's Expert from the start it means people can get the achievements. Whereas if it's advanced and gets voted to expert it doesn't count. As long as voting is on it should be fine when people want to change it back I'd have thought.
Juggling Hard Disks over concrete floors ends in tears 5% of the time.

I agree.. perhaps even an MOTD would remind people that want an easier go to move it down to advanced...

This is true for early evening but the likes of myself, Ninja tox and T-bag stay up to around 4 am on some weekdays using public expert servers. Its a suggestion as if we're using someone elses server surely we could use ours and then attract players. Infact we have before on a few servers but haven't had any binds for website etc due to the tactical teamwork we use during campaigns.

As long as the expert server is discoverable by quick match and expert lobby facility then new players will join myself and others who are on the server.
