A night of ups and downs for me as usual :sad:
Did a good qualy time giving me 3rd but in the last few minutes Easyed bested me and then Ben did a PB to knock me down to 5th spot.

Got away well and took it easy on the first few corners and then saw Dee sideways across the road (tapped?) and all hell broke loose as I got hit from behind and off I went. Got back on the road in 11th place and gave it some. I managed to work my way up to 3rd by  the half hour and pitted with and in front of Sean. Missed pitbox, 7sec refuel and out in 9th place. Who says these races arent competitive? gained a few more places and then I had a few 'Lameduck' moments and went back to 9th.

Caught up with Oldie and Slider46 who were having a right ding-dong with about 10 mins to go and took advantage of their scapping to get past, but despite Seany encouraging me (by announcing he'd lost it)  I made it to the line in 7th. Excellent racing chaps-congratz to Venca and well done Easyed and Dee and to BOD3K on gaining his first point. Commiserations to the few who discoed.

I managed to qualify 2nd, between Venca and Easyed.  Race started and I didn't want to give my place away to Ed, so tried to go around the outside of him in the left hand downhill corner, went a bit wide touching the highly polished grass, which threw me sideways and into Jamin, eek! Next there were cars sliding everywhere! Sorry about that.  :doh:

I scrambled out of the gravel in last place, 9 seconds down.  After 15 minutes I was up to 9th, then got stuck behind Jamin and then CrazyR1 for ages. Luckily CrazyR1 pitted at 30 mins which gave me clear track to make good times. Not sure if I was making time or other people making mistakes, but found myself in 4th towards the end before Jamin made a late stop, handing me 3rd.

Good racing, but I couldn't help thinking thats where I should have been at the start, chasing Easyed and Venca, not playing catch-up from the back, lol.

Unlucky for the ones who disco'ed  :sad:
