LAN Merchandise

We had a supplier blow us out of the water for LAN XVI, so let's push the boat out and get something nice sorted for LAN XVII.  Several things cross my mind for this:

-the whisky tumbler Pen mentioned
-the stein

and

-a dMw shop http://deadmenwalking.spreadshirt.co.uk/
We have been trying to get some graphics sorted for this shop but they need to be vector graphics and not many of the designs submitted have got past their graphics compatibility censor.  There might be some mileage in getting some goods sorted on this site for the next LAN and then we can use the impetus to soft-launch the site with some other dMw goodies at the same time. (the prices on the shop are not set in stone, they are a base price and we can add a 'margin' for dMw's coffers if we want.  The prices shown are just us messing about with the site to see how it works)

Any other merchandise ideas?

Just out of interest, did they state what format they need the vector graphics in?

it's about time we picked this up again if we're going to get anything sorted the for the LAN - even then it's going to be close.

I'm going to push ahead looking into engraved Whisky Tumblers. I Know TL mentioned beer steins as well as perhaps someone else can look into that?

Something like the Avon Bubble with the engrave dMw logo and one line text works out at around Ã,£13. For the more cut glass variety it rises to about Ã,£20.

We're close enough that we pick one idea and run with it.  The whisky tumblers seemed more popular iirc, so go with that idea and let's firm something up asap or we will not make it in time.
