Just wondering if there's an irc channel for PCS players, and if there isn't, then whether one should be set up??  It would help to form a PCS community and people would be able to organise more games??

I would suggest using #pcs.uk as a general PCS channel for the uk, where i guess most of us are.  Any suggestions?

Yep, a good idea......but quite a few people already use #deadmen as a meeting point.  I defer to the venerable elders in the community......

halfirc doesnt work properly, or is detected as a cheet by HL or summin like that. i use nn script which i think is good, but the best cliet for a new user would probably be good ol' mIRC, available at //www.mirc.com . we along with 95% of other gamers use quakenet

As stated in another topic ...

Our room is #deadmen on Quakenet but we really only use it to meet up before clan matches.
