Hi Gents

It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform you my roll at work will
involve me working a 3 shift pattern. In short this will mean I will only
be available 1 week in 3.
With this in mind I feel it is only fair to step down as a squad leader and
let others with a better availability stand forward

With all the new TCS introduction and possible new structures in the making
I wanted to pre warn of this up and coming disaster (for me) as soon as possible

I hope I could still be of use as an moderator or admin or backup leader
(when available) ill still have the time but will not be around for many matches

The 3 shift working will not kick off until after the new year.... so that
should give enough time to find another to fill my small boots

On a personal note I am not happy about working 3 shifts and will be
working on ways of getting onto regular days but I cant see that happening
for quite some time

I have learnt a hell of a lot doing this role and enjoyed every bit of it.
Its also let me understand just how much effort is put in by admins/members
to keep it up and running and for that I thank you all
