RG co-leaders:

I had a chat with Toby last night, and we discussed the possibility of adding another member to the RG, as Vladic is on a break and Sheepy/Tealeaf basically count as 1 atm. We would probably be best off with another dps/healer combo class, and Toby suggested Gromit(Sorcerer). Thoughts?

We have a decent balance across the advanced classes as well with 1 of each class except Juggernaut and Sorcerer where we have 2. Gromit is a Sorcerer which causes some problems mostly with distribution of loot both reducing the amount of loot Inquisitors get but also causing a lot more of loot to not be usable ( at the moment Twyster is almost full rakata and has spare of a few pieces because he has been the only IA ).
But this is will be a problem for blue group as well since they have an imbalance as well with the ammount of inquisitors.

Just a note for you that looting in hard modes is back to rolling for items, not like normal mode where loot is assigned to players.

Oh, I missed that post then. I also think Gromit would be a good fit for RG, if he can make both days. It allows for more rotation and allows for more members to be absent without gimping the OP.

Detailing your class balance a bit, we have:
1 Assassin (with some tank gear)
2 Sorcerers (1 in half capacity/attendance)
2 Juggernauts (with some DPS gear)
1 Marauder
1 Operative
1 Sniper (in half capacity/attendance)
1 Power Tech
1 Mercenary

Adding another Sorcerer to that mix is not optimal as far as loot is considered, but I would prefer to not go outside the guild community just for that. Also only the Marauder and Sniper are limited to 1 role. Many of the classes with DPS as offspec do fall under melee though, like the Operative, Juggernaut and I suspect the Power Tech as well. Melee is something we really can't afford to have more of imo.

I would prefer a merc healer/DPS but Gromit will do.
But as Vargen said we will have some unbalance with the base classes in this group if he join.

Ok, so it's time to wake up again. We no longer have Sheepy, and DA will be away for some time. TL is still in half capacity due to WoW.

So this leaves us with:

Krek'la, Imho and Lurek as tanks. I've spoken to Krek'la recently, and he has expressed that he wants to tank more when the new content is out.

For healers we have Teni, Twyster and Gromit. Gromit still being slightly under the rest of us gearwise.

and DPS; Varg, KKND and half a Tealeaf

This leaves us with 8,5 people. What do we do?

I could go DPS if Krekla wants to tank more,
And maybe make an advert post in the public SWTOR section asking for members who are willing to join the OP groups.
