It seem to me you are in need of more people?  do you want more reservers etc

The reason I asked is there was a little scrabbling around and it seems some of your team cant make mondays.

If you think that your fine then great, but if not or in the future then just shout and we will come and help out.

It might be a problem that Sheepy can't make mondays and he did offer to switch groups though I don't think that is needed. Problem yesterday was more the short notice we had to replace Krek'la but either of the reserves could have stepped in.
With the group size at 8 man the amount of time being on the reserve lists increases quickly. Rotating a tank at the moment means each tank will only make 2 of each 3 runs. Adding a healer would mean rotating the same as tanks. Rotating DPS is slightly better with 4 out of 5 runs.

I think 10 or 11 is the best number for the runs as long as everyone is active. The biggest problem at the moment is that there is no reserve healer and the person most willing to respec if needed is Sheepy. The other problem with needing a healer is that the healing
classes are over represented except for the operative and we already have an active operative healer. In a perfect world I would stay at 10 with DarkAngel switching to healing when needed( actually in the perfect world Vladic would be sniper not Merc as well).

I think the best solution is to keep the rosters at 10-11 players and then have the reserve lists shared between all the groups, priority should be to get into the group you are a member off. Basically if there is an open spot in a group a player from the other group can join if no other reserve of that role is available. This of course works better when both/all groups have been active for some time.

+1 for Drazila's idea.
I like the idea of sharing reserves although it might be 'spreadsheet time' keeping track of who has been on which run Personally I like the idea of Blue and Red Groups having a distinct identity with every player being on one team or the other. But I don't think a bit of movement between them to help out would be a bad thing. So IMHO try to fill your raid from your own pool but if you find yourself short as a group feel free to ask the other group for a player if they're free and happy to play.  this way we can keep each group at a size that's small enough to let us all raid regularly but still keeps us able to fill all the roles.

That should work. I do suggest BG move on to HM asap and RG could possibly be on NM in the near future. But that is whole other discussion and should be left to group leaders when they feel their group is ready for it.

So at the moment these are the members we have in the RG. Am I missing someone? If not, we are currently 10, leaving us with 1 less then the current number for the BG. Assuming we can borrow reserves from BG, as discussed in another thread, we should be good. I can't help but worry a bit about the lack of healer reserves though. We do have DA and Sheepy able to respec to fill the role, but that also takes away 1 dps reserve and Sheepy not being available on Mondays. Then again we do have 1 spare tank that could fill the DPS role. What do the you think? Also if we were to add 1 more player to this list, what would we be looking for? I'm thinking an operative with the will and ability to fill both healer and dps roles.

Further, I expect that in the future we will have more players wishing to join both RG and BG if the guild keeps growing and more people want to do end game content. As I see it we want to keep the BG more casual and the RG more aimed at hard mode and nightmare content. This gives the BG room to have a bigger reserve pool without too much conflict, but what of the RG? I imagine at one point we will be looking at increasing the group size to do 16 man groups and so will probably the BG. What are the views on this?

My preferance would be to have one of the mercaneries respecing Healer and getting a sniper, but if neither is willing ( and I think that is the case ) then I would want to add an operative.

We want a Sniper, and we already brought up if with Tobi that TL might fit well in if he only can make it on mondays since Sheepy only can make it thursdays. The question then becomes if we still need 1 more, preferably operative, mercanary that can be either healer or Ranged DPS.
