Maybe a few 'events' rather than a night? Where's the GL eh...... :)

I have been restarting our server on a regular basis so it should be up-to-date and good to use.

I admit that I have been thinking more and more about trying to revive this game as it is just about the only multi-player game we have that is fun, not too complicated and requires team play.

The lobby system is a pain but once you learn its vagaries it does become useable.
A problem I have is that Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights are out for me at the moment. :crying: Maybe look at Saturday or Sunday nights?
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

Sunday night was Arma II public night but no longer, so it's technically free. We could have a go although I'm not sure how the whole lobby set up works.

The lobby is a doddle. You need to make sure that you set all the options you want and select steam group servers. You'll then see our server and when you connect it'll configure it to match your settings.
If you make it private so only members of the steam group can join. You can start off with a co-op game and if more people join drop back into the lobby and change it to versus.

Am very much up for some zombie bashing when I come back from holiday. Sunday's are good for me to in general.
