and I do prefer that the tanks do the countdown instead of a RC
and if ya not ready at countdown, speak up on TS

not sure if your serieus or not palls.. but ill answer it anyway.

Its when a dps ( or healer in TL's case ) pulls the boss before the tank does .. so like me Misdirecting to Jesung and trying to get him killed

The ready check is not always followed by immediate pull.
I like....
3 (HOTS and maybe other buffs e.g. Thorns GO ON TANK)
