I've just found a villager in the village by me that does 19 wheat for an emerald. Sounds like a bargain as my wheat field is a bout 200 big.

a. Anyone got better?
b. Anyone got a villager that wants emeralds for something decent?

One of libs villages I think the oppressed has for 11 or 12 emerald for some diamond leg armour

19 coal = 1 emerald (White Robes)
20 coal = 1 emerald (Black Robes)

8 gold = 1 emerald (Purple)

9 gold = 1 emerald (Purple)
Diamond sword + 4 emeralds = Diamond sword with knockback 1 and smite 2

1 emerald = 3 Bottles O' Enchanting (Purple)
Diamond Axe + 4 emeralds = DA with Efficiency 3 and Unbreaking 3
Iron Chestplate + 2 emeralds = CP with Projectile protection 3

Diamond sword + 2 emeralds = DS with smite 2 (Purple)

10 emeralds = 1 Eye of Ender (Purple)
