Well I have dipped my toe into the world or ARK and so far I have not died. Primarily due to a handy lift to the Southern Shandy Drinking Wendy base by some humongous bird, thanks Ice. :D

Built my first cabana and have a cosy little fire in it.

Was accosted by some frilled lizard that chased me and spat in my face, turned everything a blurry green but I seemed to be able to kill it with my spear, phew.

I think I may have over-done the boobies. :blink: :doh:

Now to try and tame something and craft some clothes.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

so yeah i started as well seems i had a different start to you lol, after 136 hours of playing this i thought it would of been a breeze to get back into it ......yeah i was wrong it seems a lot harder then i remember. i have a died a good amount of times which is very normal on here from what i remember and it seems to tame dinos is a bit harder then i remember so i have gave up on that for now.

just found snokio house, and am currently in it next to your bed i hope you dont mind me being here, it's a very nice place you got here and i haven't taken anything from you, you can check my body to make sure if you want.

looking forward to hopefully seeing some people on here and joining a tribe if that's okay, but this world is a lot harder to survive in then when this was in beta lol

glad you like it snooks as well its a great game and can take a lot of your hours away lol. dilos are a bit annoying but later on there are ... well still annoying. raptors are ones to looks out for they are quick and can pack a punch, alos hunt in packs which makes it harder, but there great to have as allies.

I hope you've recovered sufficiently to carry on and not suffered from friction burns.
