Availability Pages

I've made some small changes to the availability pages.

1. General availability can be broken down by squad.
2. Added new league option 'training'. When selected the match in question is not displayed in the results and a 'training session' header is created for the match.
3. GFK added to availability admins.
4. Gandy removed as availability admin.

You should sell that tool to other clans, it's really evolved into a good page.
