probs with connection

i have a problem..... the problem is when i try to logh on to staem with my aol name it doesnt load up but when i do it with my mums its loads staright away can anyone help me

Aol might not like steam! Maybe it interferes with steam or vice versa try it without ur firewall on maybe that might work! People have had problems but it might be aol! maybe albert will know more he is a networking wizard! PM him!
