I know the feeling Benny!!

Although in the company I have just started with full time the engineers got together and said enough is enough if we don't get our share we are all off. The management tried to call our bluff so none of us turned up for work one day and were totally uncontactable. They were so shocked by that we now have a bonus scheme and get our share of the perks(not that there are many).

I wouldn't suggest that this method would work for everyone or every situation but it certainly worked for us.

Now I'm made the move from "tech" to "management AND tech for the same pay"     I must say feel pretty guilty for the perks and picks I get owing to nothing more than my position.  And no, it does not make up for the shite I have to put up with..... if I had a future of better pay (and a job) in tech I would of stayed there.

you could call yourselves a union, join up with other unions and start a political movement to protect the rights of all workers...

it's been done before...they call it "the Labour Party"....

good idea huh? :eyebrow:
