Try setting your mouse sensitivity lower to help aim.

I've got mine set at 8.5 which took a bit of getting used to but I'm hitting more than ever before.

Either type:

sensitivity 8.5

in console or edit your config.cfg

i have mine set to sensitivity 24!!!!!
this is still not as sensitive as yours was last time i pld on your pc [ages ago]
