Ever wondered if those apps that run at windows startup are really needed or not? Want to check if you have a virus/trojan?

I could've done with this yesterday...I have a mate who's pc was virused...

sorted it, but this would've saved alot of time.

Ok i have forgotten the code to get to the startup menu page from the run menu. Any ideas?

start/run
type MSCONFIG.EXE
select startup tab

is that what you mean?

Is it normal to have 6 versions of svchost running? 4 SYSTEM, 2 NETWORK service and 1 LOCAL....
